When out at a meal with colleagues, it's not a good idea to be the only person drinking white wine on your part of the table, especially when the restaurant neglects to bring water.

Ooops. It really is the morning after.

I know. I'm normally so respectable.

I put it down to the fact I was thirsty and also it was my "bye everyone, I'm off to another job and won't see any of you again*" meal.

* Although I am most likely to keep seeing all of them.
