Thankfully there has been some good news - I seem to have waved the magic-press-plag for WGT 2006. This is very exciting and will make me absolutely terrible company for my partners in crime no doubt - so I should apologise in advance. davefish - will you be "working" or "playing

As I'm feeling terribly cheeky - will you be passing-and-returning-in-a-car-able-to-take-passengers? I'm MOT-less and would happily chip in petrol costs to you rather than use taxis. I'm always less comfortable wandering around at night with large camera bag.

Certainly could be. Only thing is, I'm not sure how late into the night we'll stay as we've got to go visit Dan's mum on the Saturday and I have to go to the Rag Market before we set off around lunchtime [groan]. But even so, one way's guaranteed. (And don't even think about petrol costs!)

Sounds great - one-way better than no-way. Maybe-two-way better than... Oh you get my point :-)

Flexible on timing. If going myself I would have aimed for 9:45/10ish.

Oh, I should really get myself moving, and ask for a press pass for WGT. I hope to be working there... Odd, spending so much cash to go work, I guess I must like it or something.

Didn't realise that it was DR this weekend, hmm, might try to get along to that.
