I've not been online much recently since with the fine weather I've been down the allotment a lot, but I had an interesting day revolving around the media today. A week or two ago I was contacted by Kiva and asked if I was willing to do an interview for the BBC programme Click since they were doing a piece about lending online. I found them thanks to your blog and have invested small sums in three different enterprises.

Being a craftsperson, I look for those folks engaged in producing crafts for sale or crafts materials. I like their direct approach and have always been a fan of micro economic development.

Delighted to hear you've been doing some investment. I'm getting to the point now where the loans have been repaid, so I've got the money back and can recycle into another loan, so it's hard-working money!

I'm sad. The Kylie exhibit finishes in June and we won't arrive in the UK until the end of July at the earliest. I would have liked to have seen that one.

Oh well, I'm sure the V&A will be worth visiting again regardless when we do turn up.
