My first impression was Onew because your face shape and smile reminded me a lot of him but I can also see Taemin in your pictures and especially in your expressions.
I wasn't quite sure whom to vote for but I'll go with Taemin. Your expression and pose in your last picture remind me of him a lot, and I can see similarities in your smiles as well. (:
