I've gotten behind on these and I apologize. I ended up having more commitments over the holiday week than I expected, which I guess is a good thing? It was nice to catch up with friends and family. I have one more post to go and I also need to post about my two lovely Yuletide gifts and the fics I wrote.

Boston is wonderful. Mother lived there after finishing college, and she always speaks of it with such fondness. I've been there with her several times for varying lengths of time, and I can completely understand. And yes about the T train.
Ah, the south. I remember living in Savannah, Georgia for two years... everything was just so much slower than it is in New York (even in upstate New York, say Ithaca). It was just so calm - you could see where the whole 'southern belle' thing came from. People were so polite and proper, and there was hardly any rushing. But the humidity there is a killer, do not go there in the summer.
I'm glad you're doing well, and had a good year. Here's to another one, even better, and many more to come!
