Well, this is a play, and JHK is not character in the play. You can listen to a very good staged reading of Act One by a cast of actors in the episode of the Kunstlercast that I linked to in the original post.
There is one character who rants about how the US had it coming, and it is a very recognizable Kunstleresque rant, but ironically he puts that rant into the mouth of an anti-Semite. (JHK gets a lot of anti-Semitic hate mail.)
Apparently Michigan is tearing up certain paved roads and replacing them with gravel because the maintenance for paved roads is too expensive for them to afford.

As regards a coup in the White House, here's a strange article from 1992 about a hypothetical military coup in 2012, which was written by a now 2-star general.
