First I took him to the doctor because he was running a fever for 48 hours. It seems that it's simply a standard viral thing. He said if he still has a fever by Sunday, to bring him back and certainly if anything else develops (like vomiting) he needs to be brought back ASAP

good luck! i have a kid who had sensory/feeding issues. bH with therapy he is ok and still a little boy, but thriving. (also had regular OT issues)
