The 2017 ones didn't happen. As it says at the very bottom of the Snopes article, the police agree that the 2016 ones did. I am unamused by the far right whipping up false stories, but trying to whitewash the true stories plays into their hands.

Of course, the far right appear to be comfortable with the mass sex assaults reguarly carried out by white men on these occasions.
