Very cute story. :) I've never shipped Mark/Derek so this was different for me.

The only issue is that sometimes on this section you said five daughters, when they have six daughters.

But still very cute. :)

Cute, and very interesting.

I hope you don't get offended, but I have one or two problems:

Six kids? Isn't it a little too much?

And, six girls? Couldn't you have them have one boy at the very least, since they have SIX FREAKING KIDS???

I'm not offended! Thanks for the concrit. I actually took one kid out, but then I realized that seven kids were too many. I was considering taking out the twins, but then decided to keep them in.

I figured Mark and Derek would go crazy with six girls. Mark and Derek without boys is funny.

Is it offensive if I say it didn't work? In fact, when I read they got daughter after daughter it just didn't feel right. It felt artificious and fake, especially with them having more and more kids. It lessened my enjoyment of the story.

Also, because everybody and their mother has written a fic where couples get a kid, and 99% (maybe even 100%, I don't remember the last time I read a story where the lead couple had a son) of the time it's a daughter. It got old really fast. Boys do get born, you know.

Still, I like your style and hope to read more Mark/Derek fic from you.

I can understand that. I probably should have stuck with my original plan of three daughters.

I have had boys born to other couples in fics. I know I did so in Jericho, Supernatural, How I Met Your Mother, other GA fics (Meredith and Derek ended up having a son they named after a dead Mark) and The O.C.

If I am going to write another fic with kids, I'll definitely have them have more boys.

I'm glad you like my style. It may be awhile before I write a Mark/Derek fic, because I've had an Izzie/Alex fic in my head ever since the penultimate episode of this season.
