ight so here it is people. im starving myself for a full week only alowing myself to have 3 serving of fruit a day(meaning an apple or bannana). and working out for 2 hours of the day. the only thing is im allowed all the mt.dew i want(couldnt resist). so sorry if im in a bitchy mood.shit happens.and for all of u who think i cant do it fuck off

Exspecially if he'll be working out for 2 hours a day.
When you work out that much you need protine.
Portine is what gives you muscles, and without any portine then working out would just be pointless.
By consuming that much sugar and working out that much is just going to make him sick.
It is VERY unhealthy.

assuming you're working out cuz you want to get muscles or whatever.
if you only eat fruit and then go work out, its unhealthly and makes you weaker cuz you wont have the energy you need to do it.
