Asylum Street Spankers!

We went to the Asylum Street Spankers concert tonight at the Triple Door. It was awesome, of course, though not quite as funny as when we saw them at the same venue two years ago. Sexy blues, country rock gospel fusion with harmonica, fiddle, guitar, washboard, cello, saw, and freakin' hilarious lyrics. Check em out!

The thing that sucks is that I found out about the Asylum Street Spankers show an hour after it started, as Gyan and I were watching Pint and Dale at Wayward. At least I found out about the Jonathan Coulton show with enough warning to get a ticket.

Sorry about that, I would have loved to have gone with more people. We barely got tickets in time, cause though we've had it on the calender for quite awhile the month simply got away from us. Hey, ain't nothing wrong with Jonathan Coulton! :-)
