flickr changed to a 1TB limit for free accounts last year (no set number of photos limit, as far as I can tell), although there are now advertisements.

Thanks for letting me know! I had no idea! Unfortunately, in the vein of social media trends, I think that ship may have sailed. Are you still on flickr?
