That is not a poster from the animators. It's the cover of a doujinshi. If you look at the post directly below yours in this comm, you can find a download for the RAW version.

The problem is I cannot read Japanese. The logo imitation (& the weirdly animated faces, which you'll find in some promotional posters) made it seem official. Thanks for the clarification.
