If you haven't, I'd say the ones with more Yuuri and Wolfram development were episodes 79-81. And if you want to read more detailed summaries, I'd advice you check kkm3_chat_mods :). I think you'll find there the info you're looking for. ^^' I hope this was useful for you.

Also for Yuuri and Wolfram, the first 3 episodes I'd say plus the one with Greta and the bearbee then...the touching scene two episodes ago...
But overall I think all the third serie pretty much had Yuuram moments XDD
