i think I'm the only one here who hates Anissina to be paired with Gwendal
*watching out for flames/daggers/knives/etc*
i don't hate Anissina or Gwendal.
First, I love Anissina.. as she is. For me, she's already so wonderful being single, being feminist and inventor at the same time. This ep summary makes me cry for implying that she has feelings for Gwendal way beyond friendship/for science's sake.
Because second, I love Gwendal being paired with Gunter. *shot*
*revives* so anyway, this makes me cry.. I'll stay away, I guess

And yes, agreed, Gwendal and Anissina are awesome characters, together or apart, paired with others or not. =)

I adore this episode, though usually I'm a slasher (I slash Gwendal with Gunter or Yozak) but the crazy romantic nature of this ep never ceases to get to me. That scene with them on horseback, Anissina clutching Gwendal tightly (and being strangely silent throughout) with the wonderful music, is really the highlight. I am perfectly happy to ship Gwendal/Annissina, too, especially when they get to be so cranky and confrontational with each other. As I've said in a few stories I've written with this pairing, I think Anissina has arranged things so Gwendal chases her until she catches him! I only wish they'd ended with a kiss, but that's not the nature of KKM.
