‘We will find a way to beat you,’ she spat at him, crossing her arms. ‘You may be strong, but I will not stand by and see everything come to ruin.’
Satisfied, Anissina nodded to herself. She had said her piece; it was time for her to find Gwendal and the others. The mood in the castle was one of despondency, evidently it was time for one of her pep talks.
She glared up at the portrait of Shinou one last time before turning and walking briskly away.
Never let it be said that she did not give fair warning.
