We are closing kkm_challenge.

We've been getting fewer entries from fewer people and while that participation has been great it's just starting to feel like it's time. I really loved putting this community together with crystaltear. We had a lot of shiny ideas and we couldn't have been happier with the response we got. This is the main reason I joined LJ...
Yeah, it took me some time to convince myself to make an account and toughen up to join the challenge...
Guess, I'd have to say goodbye to the challenge which gives me ideas...
It was fun till it lasted...

T___________T !!! so sadddd, I love this comm and I only could to enjoy a little because I start to use LJ a few time ago u_u

I find a lot of great ideas for fanarts and some ones of this make me better at some things in my art (like the chibis XD I have so good memories about the chibis that I make for a round). And I can read a lot of fics here too or see the art of anothers fans of kkm. It was a very good time, and I know that I can search in the past entries and all these rounds for see more art and read more fics....but I fell that it's not the same, I understand but I fell a little sad ;_; I'll miss make more fanarts for this comm...

Thats a good idea...xDD! I did't think in it haha but I was saying old rounds yet haha. For my is totally ok, because I didn't make at all for the votes and prices, I like so much the contest but I like more the fact of take ideas and draw for fun =P

I keep in mind all these rounds for search inspiration <3

This... is really sad news.

This community holds so many fond memories for me, and was a driving force for me at a turning point in my life, I really hate for it to go. Says I, who haven't been participating all that much at all recently

I actually have an entry for round 34 that's still not posted. I was hoping to finish it this week too seeing that it's exactly one year since said round. Suppose this'll mean I *really* have to finish it quickly to be able to post on here then.

You guys are all great mods, thank you all so mcuh for all the effort you have put into maintaining this community.

I don't think I've ever mentioned this, but I love the layout, and the reference to the knife.

I feel your pain in not posting entries... In round 49, I was supposed to post 3 stories, but only posted one...(The other two were posted in FF) And in round 50, I was supposed to post 4 entires, but only made 3 because I'm not done with the other story...

I like the lay-out too!

Sorry for babbling about this... But, it's depressing news...
