I can't really beat it lately.  I am confronted with many things that are all difficult, and are all coming towards me from varied direction.  Lists are for chumps, or rather my list will be too revealing...but let's say:

Lack of Time + Lack of career + non-lucrative prospect (interpreting) = severe depression and anxiety
