Another day, another year.

So here I am another year past the half-a-century mark.  It has been a good day.  I got a hysterically funny group of birthday presents from Amanda in yesterday's mail which includes a book of Ender stories, a great card, some poems she knew I would like, and a humongously large deck of cards!  I got a new coat and taken out to Red Lobster from my
