The premise of your story reminds me powerfully of a multi-chaptered fic I've read. That story also featured an accident in potions class that stuck Remus and Sirius together by their hands. It was also a 'how they got together' story. It also featured a Sirius who wanked every day. There was a bathroom scene too, but more than one if I recall.
