I believe that video engages in a wee bit of misdirection to make you *think* the man actually flies through the air, when in reality it's a person-shaped dummy. It's a bit too convenient that the guy slides out of sight at the bottom of the arc.

Ah, and Snopes confirms. Go, go, skepticism!
