Help Needed

Ok, so I've made some lovely new eyeshadow, and I want to put it up for downloading, but I don't know what bits to put in the rar folder :S

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good tutorial, or give me some help please?

Since it's a Bodyshop item, you need to get the eyeshadow files from the savedsims folder (The files will be named whatever you named the project in BS). Then you just .rar those up and everything's cool.
Was that what you needed to know, or did I misunderstand you horribly? XD
