The café sounds like a wonderful place to work! I love AUs where the setting is described so clearly and lovingly that it's easy to imagine. Gives me a comfortable, homey feeling, especially with Jin knowing the regulars' orders. (And then you go and add a melancholy note with "he feels like they are his only purpose in life at the moment."...)
