To say the truth, I'm not a wine lover, so usually this kind of subject hasn't that much of appeal for me...but they way you wrote everything was great, really. All the details about the different wines and everything (and it was even nice to read it, with all the descriptions even if I don't like wine I'm living in a place where they produce a lot of it, so I still know a very little bit about itI'm pretty sure the way you used descriptions for the wines was the reason why I didn't give up on the fic: you're specific but not boring and I loved it, really ( ... )

I love seeing the way Jin and Kame change between each section, the way the wine is present and meaningful throughout, the sweet ending with Madeira. Kame reaching out to Jin, on his break, making out in the wine cellar, Kame suggesting getting Jin's food to go... how much happens between the lines and we're just getting the highlights, the top notes that let you put the rest of it together.
I also love that Jin and Asami's relationship doesn't end with cheating or anything where someone's a bad guy, but that the cracks that are visible from the start, the way Jin says "we're getting married" but checks for a ring on the sommelier's hand, the way Asami keeps saying "I'm having a baby", so you know that's why they're getting married.
