Hey mandee_jayne said you made her icon and I wanted to ask what program you use because that icon was awesome and I 've been trying to make some but I can't find any good programs.

Which icon, out of curiosity? I just use Photoshop 7, but it's taken me a while to pick up the various tricks I use, playing with the layers and the lighting and stuff.
