Yes! I love Kara so much and she has had such a complex and interesting story arc. Making this vid was partly my way of working through everything that's happened and to understand it for myself, and boy was it a journey full of sorrow and yet hope. I too am glad in her feeling good at fulfilling her destiny and that it was not a terrible 'end' that she led humanity to, though I wish they would have shown us a resolution to her journey, but we can only hope that she is truly in a better place.

You gave me chills, honestly. There were moments when you got the editing just right. A fantastic vid, and one I will certainly be downloading.

OH my goodness. What a brilliant montage to Kara. I'm so in love with this vid. Your visual overlapping was masterfully done, and the song, although overused, I agree was PERFECT for what you accomplished here. :D

Oh this is amazing. Absolutely my favorite version of this song (and despite the apparent over-vidding, I'll never get tired of seeing vids set to it.)

But the vid itself...it's just so beautifully Kara, driven and only half-understanding most of the time, but with such strength. And I really do love the structure of this too, because even though you're moving through only part of the story each time the whole thing constantly feels like it's building up, not just broken up to pieces. You do an amazing job of keeping the focus on her, especially through the ending shot.

Also, I really loved that mask(?) with Leoben, Kara and the knife.

Seriously. Gorgeous. I really look forward to watching this a few more times to better understand the story you're telling.

Thank you so much! Its just such a lovely song that even playing it over 1000x while vidding it hasn't made me tired of it yet!
I definitely struggled most with the structure of the piece and I'm so glad you felt that it worked! Working on this definitely helped me appreciate all the adversity that she's been through and her strength through it all and I wanted to understand her story as a whole. I'm also so excited that you picked up on the scene with Leoben and the knife because I really liked the way that effect turned out too.
