I'm in Wheeling West Virginia at a coffee shop and thank the kamisama, Wheeling is as much as I could have hoped! my mom's aunt's family is from WV. Auntie was a Hatfield, or however you spell it, of the Hatfields and McCoys, or so I was told as a child. She was very proper and had nice furniture but she never put plastic on the velvet couch or anything when sticky little me came to visit. And WV split from Virginia because they didn't want to ceceed from the union. But I've never been there so it could very well sound like banjos.

oh and the ruski I wrote was my name phoenetically, but Chris tells me that since there is no "J" sound they spell it with their "D" letter (д) followed by their "ZH" letter (ж) and that means the "J" sound. длулиа (Julia) миша (Misha)
