I love the song Come On Eileen by Dexy's Midnight Runners. Why? Because my mom used to sing it to me. :-)
Our mothers cried and sang along and who'd blame them
Now you're grown, so grown, now I must say more than ever
Go toora loora toora loo rye aye
And we can sing just like our fathers

I was just browsing through all those LJer's that had Guthrie as their location.
My name's Ashley, I am also from Guthrie. I'm 21 years old and I'm just looking for some more friends that are in the same vincinity as me. It makes talking about Oklahoma a lot easier when people know what I'm talking about. Anywho...
I'm lousy at first impressions so please don't go by this. I am far more entertaining and likable then this here comment. I swear! :D
I added you, and if you would like to be my friend, please add me back. If you would like me to un-add you, then just let me know.
Oh and just so you know...I love the song "Come On Eileen". It reminds me of my best friend, because we used to blast that song while we drove around the city.

I love Spike too, man. He's Hot Sex on Toast. The end. By the way, do you have James' album? It's very good. I have his solo album and his band's one and only album. Holla at me if you're interested. ^__^
