Um, if it helps, it broke my heart thinking about it! Writing it was a different story...

I think they deserved a break. So I gave them one...just not in the *alive* sense. ^-^ I'm sure their legacy will live on in those who loved them. Like us.

Ooh, this is so sad, but so well-done, Kitty! Bruce's pain is so real and the description of it devastating as he clutches the red cape. His memories of Clark are so true, a savior who loved this planet.

The ending was sad for those left behind, but happy for the World's Finest. *sniffles*

Yeah, deathfic is tricky to write. It tears at you, and is tough for your readers as well.

Most of the time I seem to kill off Dick, but I've done it to Clark. ;)

Superman...dead and Bruce dying of heartbreak because of it...*sniffle* Damn my inablity to cry *sniffle* This was insane on the sad scale yet at the same time sweet and all around beautiful.

Well, you have to devour the sour part of it in order to get to the sweeter side of anything.

The boys have been through so much, so it was only fair that I kept them together...even though they left the world they knew behind.

I don't think I could have kept them apart. ^-^
