Hahaha I am on this one thing in Trauma Center and I got so frustrated that I cried :DD I really like the game though. And I am not cool enough for a Wii either, but maybe by summer I'll have one!!!

If it's the aneurysm thing (GOD I GOT SO STUCK ON THAT THING for like a YEAR literally and I think you said you got stuck on it too?) just use the Healing Touch, then inject sedative into all of them, excise them but DON'T REMOVE THEM and keep vitals stabilized. Then when you have them all excised remove them all, connect the vessels, watch your health, and you should be ok.

Buuut I'm on Chapter 5-6 with this huge worm that you have to cut into little worms and excise them but it takes aaages and ends up going into the heart and by then you are pretty much screwed!
