Thank you so much to darkhavens, deborahw37, hils, lmbossy, jaded_jamie, kerryblaze, lelaina_c, piksa, spike7451, velvetwhip and woman_of_ for the wonderful virtual gifts. *hugs* I was offline for several days due to (yet another) lurgy and it was such a gorgeous surprise to see how pretty my Profile page looked when I got back! I hope Suki can make it too. However, the con report if you've travelled with hubby ought to be... interesting. I think I'd want his take on it all as well. :D

LOL! I've warned hubby about the queuing, the occasionally dull panels and possibility of guys who look like they were extras in The Real Ghostbusters, so he only has himself to blame. *g*

Oh, I hope so too! She's the perfect con buddy and we always have such a good laugh. Never a single disagreement.

So far only Mark Rolston (Alastair) is signed up but of course we're hoping for Jared, Jensen and Misha, or at least two of them. Jim Beaver (Bobby) is said to be great fun as well. Keeping everything crossed!

Am currently feeling like a pretty shitty friend as a girl I went to school with is getting married that weekend and I didn't realise until after I'd paid for my ticket :(

Paul's courage interest is waning, so all is up in the air at the moment. Suki tells me another friend may be interested in coming so who knows what'll happen. I'll update you as soon as I know more. Hanging and squeeing is totally on the menu, no matter what!

Oh, bugger, that blows. Showmasters don't allow returns or even transfers so there's not much you can do about it. I'm sure your friend knows it was a genuine mistake but it's a really unfortunate situation. :( Maybe you can take her and her husband out for a nice dinner or something.

Dithering is absolutely the worst because you can't make plans. Speaking of which, Paul is retreating from the idea of going by the minute. Such a brave soldier who didn't want me to miss out, but any excuse will do. *g*
