I've just read the most amusing Top Gear Jeremy/James slash...and liked it! It's by evilmaniclaugh so you know it's well written. Jeremy and James are very straight, so imagination is required

That's absolutely made my day. With the tragedy that was Demons, I was worried that the whole concept would go down the drain. I'm so happy! It's such a great 'take' that it became unmissable.
It's the first show I've felt really fannish about since AtS ended. There have been several other shows I've absolutely loved but for various reasons, couldn't get fannish about - either because the material wasn't suitable or because I was playing catchup on DVD and had to avoid spoilers. Not so this time.
It's well-written, well-acted, doesn't shrink from the dark stuff, has this wonderful homegrown, grungy look to it. In other words, it's just fab!
Also, it's the time of year to be quiet. I feel as if I've been hibernating. YOu and family are well, I hope?
I'm with you. It's the first show I've seen for years where the characters really resonated. It's a triumph for the actors and the writers and who knew Chib could turn out such a good script?
I was slightly thrown by the cast changes from the pilot, but quickly got to love them.
Whatever they're doing, it works. I feel sorry for the reluctant vampire and werewolf and for Annie's realisation. :( Poor little one, but she has the boys for company.
I've loved Clarkson for years, but James May snuck up on me out of the blue. I think it's because he's an intelligent petrolhead who has a degree in music, plays the harpsichord, flies a plane and writes the most extravagant prose ever. He's a man of contradictions.
Gordon Ramsey is a tart... but I do love him too. :D
Welcome, sweetie. I don't pimp often, and only for extra special fic.
It's been said before, but the sexiest part of the body is the brain. No matter how mind-blowing the sex, there's still the afterwards to consider and a man with interesting conversation can lead me to the shadowed corner of a little room any time. ;)
I still watch Gordon but patience is wearing thin. He has the same remedy every time - small menu, fresh food, good service... Any nit could figure it out.
Jeremy Clarkson is a highly unusual Brit with very forthright views. A hate him or love him personality is the best description. He had a comparatively privileged childhood and has no time for fools and wasters. He's often criticised by the 'Save the Planet!!!' brigade for his love of big, fast cars.
He's also noted for his quick wit and intelligence.
