Wow. Megan Fox had a natural beauty about her. I'm not saying she isn't beautiful now, she is. But having just seen the before and after pictures for the first time it baffles me as to why someone that already had such a wonderful beauty about her would want to change herself so much?

Another example of pretty girls morphing is Heidi Montag [of The Hills]. You can see her Before and After here. To me, she was damn pretty but now virtually unrecognisable ( ... )

I know of Heidi, I watch old episodes of The Hills sometimes (!) But it's hilarious. I do think Heidi was stunning before all this, I used to just stare at her when she came on screen (I know she wasn't unusual looking, she was just very pretty... she looked better with cheekbones as well. If she wanted chubby cheeks she could have had mine! ;))

I think that's totally true. I didn't actually have body dysmorphia leading into anorexia, my ED was pretty much an accident I got addicted to. I never actively had a goal weight; I was scared of putting any more weight on because I knew I was skinny - I didn't look in the mirror and think I was fat.

That's exactly how I feel too... to change 'imperfections,' fine, but to switch up your entire face/body when you're already beautiful? Cutting off your nose to spite your face... if you'll excuse the pun!

Jesus on a bike... I think she looked so much prettier before surgery. She looked like a beautiful, real woman, now she looks like a porn star/tranny, heh.

I definitely prefer the before pictures of Megan, but I am always going to feel threatened by her and sad I can't look like that after the whole Jam debacle (him basically telling me I would never look as good as her) I always wonder why men can rave so much about how hot someone is when it is obvious it is the product of plastic surgery. They are the same men that claim to be against plastic surgery too. I have had countless people criticising me for having a nose job but they don't ever slag off celebrities for doing it, they just fancy them regardless of what they've had enhanced under the knife and expect us to look as perfect as the ones who have had surgery. I hope this makes sense.
