[Fai really can't help himself. Instead of being inside, where it's nice and warm, he is slowly walking around outside. He's carrying an empty bottle, but there is no swagger to his movements - he figures it might be better in this place to be perceived as someone who can hold their liquor well, rather than as someone who is unable to drink at all

Wishes can be powerful things, if the right price is paid. There's no longer anyone here who can make such exchanges though, but wishes themselves are far from useless, in my opinion. Even if there is nothing that can be done about them.

[Oh, hey there Fai. Kurogane also seems to be outside, though for very different reasons than Fai. In fact, his reason seems to be Fai. He looks just as grumpy as usual (possibly a bit more). He may have been part of Soviet Wonderland, but that didn't mean he had to enjoy it.]

I suppose it does. Winter does seem to bring about more negative feelings in general than other times of the year.
