Setsuna, although she was still feeling exhausted from all the flying this weekend, came to see Alphonse and check up on him to make sure he was okay after all the dinosaurs after replenishing her carbs after work. Well, maybe it was because she was so exhausted....crashing a little with Alphonse and just not doing anything and hopefully forgetting about the pain in her back sounded like a pretty good idea.

Setsuna nodded her head. "Thank you." She may have grunted slightly as she plopped down, stretching her arms upward with a soft sigh, then lowered them, rolling her shoulder muscles a little. So still and sore...

"How long do you have him for? Just until next class?"

"Until the end of the term," Alphonse said, peeking into the cage a little, then taking a seat on the edge of the same bed. "I'll be having him around for a while."

Setsuna nodded. "Then he definitely will need a name. Have you any ideas?"

She paused, biting her lip and looking at him as if weighing consequences for a moment before adding, "But, as you're not eight this time, maybe we can come up with something a little better than Cuddles, yeah?"

"... Ahah, yes," Alphonse replied with a sigh. "I'm pretty sure I'm able to do that now."

"That's probably going to haunt you forever, you know," Setsuna teased lightly, with a bit of a nudge against him with her elbow.

Alphonse let out a long breath, accompanied by an exasperated expression. "Well, at least no one outside of Fandom would believe the why behind his name, so I wouldn't need to explain that."

Setsuna maintained her small smirk, but she did politely change the conversation. "Has he exhibited any signs of a personality yet? Or still too soon?"

"Mmmm, well, I did just get him today..." Alphonse said. "Poor thing's probably a little tense, being in a new place and all."

"That's very true," Setsuna said, frowning thoughtfully, and then brightening just a little. "Although, really, the little guy did luck out. You'll take such good care of him..."

Alphonse smiled brightly with a barely noticeable blush. "Ah, I hope so... I've never had any pets before Cuddles."

"And, look," Setsuna let out a small laugh, "you've done so well with him that he's still with you, despite the name...."

And then she bit her lip and lifted a shoulder as if to hide from any impending wrath, but, really, she couldn't refuse that one.

"He's a cat! He doesn't care!" Alphonse pointed out.

"Alphonse," Setsuna said, sliding a critical eye shut toward him but maintaining her grin, "may I remind you that you're talking to someone who won't even use a weapon unless it's been properly named."

"Eh..." Alphonse paused, looking sheepish. "All right, all right, you win," he said. "But he hasn't shown any signs of protest, you realize."
