It's been a couple hours, so I'm hoping that I can find some semblance of coherence in order to type some kind of reaction to the episode. It'll be tough, though. Not gonna lie. This is going to be very, very tough.

I don't know 'what' Sam is - but lights explode in the presence of Angels. That we do know.

You know what I realized, through your post, the past like two years, the eps where the boys have been growing farther and farther and farther apart, where they question each others decisions and have shit storms of angst and crap thrown in the mix have all been fucking annihilated with this episode. I mean I think one of the reasons this ep was so powerful was because for two years the boys have been on completely different wave lengths and now in one 42 minute span of time they're okay and like the epitomy of everything ever stated on the show was summed up. It's like a levy full of Sam & Dean love breaking.

God I love my show. ♥ your post.

Dean, beaten to hell, refused to give up on his little brother (I'M HYSTERICAL). Sam saw the green army man, and commence the single, most heart-wrenching montage of brotherly love that I have ever seen in all my life. The blood and pain and sweat and tears that those boys have shed, the love that they have so plainly for each other, transcended above the vast power of Lucifer, and enabled Sam to take control of his body once more.

This epi just killed me. Literally.
Sam being brave enough to fight the davil, sam begging his brother to have the perfect apple life he derserved after he was gone, Sam/Lucifer almos beaten Dean To death, Sam jumping into hell, Sam watching Dean through the window. Ijust... Im wordless.

All the pain that the brother felt through the epi was so palpable, so intense that just hurted. Badly.

Too much to handle.

I kind of liked Lisa too, she gave Dean the confort he needed, but i felt that Dean only get back to her because of the promise.

Heart breaking.

Oh my gosh!, I cant believe im crying.
The only thing I know is that there arent enough Kleenex in the whole country.
