Did you Know Michigan already has one Movie festival, and it is even on lake Michigan in Saginaw? Unfortunately it was two weeks ago. But i guess it is the place where many Independent films have their Midwest premieres --the only movie I remember hearing about this happening with was Napoleon Dynamite, but there were others.
