crescendo house tour

As some of you may recall, I recently reformatted my desktop computer, reinstalling TS3 and redoing my CC folder. As such, I have some new CC, but also am missing some of the stuff I had before. Hence I built a new house for the Crescendo family, which will be much better suited to them. It's not fully decorated yet, but I'll get around to that once generation three is all born. You'll notice that I kept everything pretty similar - the colors, many of the furnishings, flooring, etc.

Without further ado, I present the new Crescendo legacy house! Now with 100% more hot tubs. :D

Front view. I kept it very similar to the previous house, except this one is more square-shaped as opposed to long and narrow, thank God.
No, I haven't done much landscaping yet, though I have since done more than what this picture shows. All in due time.

Back view, showing off where any impending trampoline spam will now occur.

Overhead view of the main floor. There's an entrance way, then the living room/kitchen/dining room, along with the main bathroom, and bedrooms for Degausser and Guernica + Carolina. Aria and Liam also have their own little suite with their bedroom and a private bathroom.

The sunroom/entrance way. It has some couches, bookshelves, a chess table, and easel. And, soon after this picture, also gets a toybox and dollhouse since it is the place to put the toddlers down apparently.

Going to the left from the sunroom is the dining room. ~fancy

Kitchen. Pretty similar except it now has a very-popular breakfast bar.

Living room, again keeping it pretty similar. The rug in the bottom right of this shot is right where there's another door from the sunroom.

Right outside the living room window is the brand new hot tub niche. The doors on the left lead into the sunroom, if you're wondering. Which you're probably not, but now you'll never have to. You're welcome.

Ah, the very exciting hallway shot! Behind the bookshelves is the staircase to go upstairs, and that door you see leads to Aria and Liam's "suite."

On the opposite side of the hall, we have Guernica and Carolina's very girly room.

Next to Degausser's not-so-girly room. Finally, a room to himself! Never can he say that I don't love him.

Across the hall from Degausser's room is the main bathroom. Yep.

The back doors. Well, technically they're almost all windows - shhh!

Aria and Liam's hallway is decorated with portraits of them in their respective primes. I miss you, young, hot Liam.

Aria and Liam's bedroom. There's another dresser with the classic toddler photos, and also an easel for Aria. They also have their own door to the back deck. Master suite, y'all.

Bathroom, so chosen because the name of this set is "Aria." Pretty inspiring, no?

Okay, upstairs. The open area in the top left corner will eventually be a rec area. Next to it is Glory and Silas' room and bathroom, with the nursery for their kids next to that. Across the hall from the nursery is what you'll soon see as a second nursery, ostensibly for Remember, and Noro's room and bathroom beside that. Oh, and then there's another bathroom for general use. The last house only had three bathrooms; I decided to error on the side of abundance with bathrooms this time.

Empty rec area, save for some exercise equipment and some wall art, including but not limited to two Flight of the Conchords posters. Clearly I have my priorities in order with regards to decorating.

Bathroom. Don't be fooled, it does also have both a toilet and a sink.

Okay, this hallway is actually pretty exciting: it has all the spare portraits! Here are Luca, Logan, and Jude . . .

And Daisy, Tautou, and Archer! Daisy has her teen portrait because I felt it captured her lovely personality quite well.

Close-up of Archer's portrait because it is pretty much perfect. ♥

Glory and Silas' bedroom.

And their bathroom.

The nursery is a tad more chaotic, though not as chaotic as when there are four toddlers in it.

This is the second nursery, though I hadn't brought Remember over to Redcliffs at the time I took these shots. You'll see it all decorated soon enough though!

Noro's room. Her bed has since changed because bad bed animations bother me.

And finally, Noro's bathroom.

So that's where you'll see the Crescendos chilling, entertaining, and getting up to all sorts of trouble, I'm sure. I'll have an update later this week, Saturday at the latest. So until then, loves! ♥
