This is so beautifully written. I hope you never have to feel that way again. This would be a great piece for Literary Mamas, or another literary mom magazine.

I have dealt with depression for a while. It seems to be common on the female side of my family. Most of the time, I'm okay. Some degree of low is often unavoidable with me, I've found, but I've learned what triggers me even deeper and I work to minimize that. Also, I remember to embrace what works, what is good and the people who love me.
