this has been just an okay weekend. nothing great has happened, but nothing way too bad. just okay i guess. started out crappy, but ended well. well actually my week kinda sucked near the end but is now okay. my lesson: never put too much trust into someone, they will let you down everytime. well, not everytime. just when you get too envolved too

Open the pic in Microsoft Office Picture. Then at the top right is a button that say "Edit Picture...". Click it. Click resize in the right column. Type in 100x100 in the "Custom Width x Height" box. Save it and your done! Good luck.
