So if it's such a good thing to go against the grain, to be a non-conformist, to set society on its ear (enough figures of speech for you?), then why is it so hard to get anything done

okay, the friend with the boat is out. Her parents (who own it) won't let someone else drive it. (And anyway, under 21 friend would have had to be there too cause her car does strange things, and she'd have to walk me through)

I'm hoping I don't have to resort to switching the title over.

Right now, I believe I have an option that could work. Hopefully things will be alright.
