You guys, hey. I am currently sifting through a billion cover versions of the song 'Ghost Riders in the Sky' because I told a co-worker I was trying to find a specific cover version of it I heard one time, and my description of said cover was not exactly helpful, so here I am, I guess? Out of curiosity, what is the version you're looking for like? I have Riders in the Sky (who may have taken their group name from an extremely obvious source? XD) and Kansas doing it on my comp if that helps.

LOL, I think you may be right about that! It's not the version Kansas does, but thank you!

The version I'm looking for is, I think, fairly recent - a few years old, if that? It's done by a male artist, and is faithful to the country versions of it I've heard, but there are elements of sort of techno in it? (My descriptions are the worst, I know). The artist repeats the lyrics 'Riders in the sky' at the end of the song until it fades out, if that helps? Ahaha, /o\

Unfortunately the Spiderbait version wasn't included in the "Ghost Rider" movie soundtrack even though it recorded especially for it. Annoyed the beejeezus out of me. I love, love, love their cover of that song even tho, like you, I grew up hearing the Johnny Cash version.
