Fic teaser

OMG. So apparently my writer's block is tied into the local weather, who knew? Also. I don't know exactly where this is heading, only that it's an (extremely) rough draft and amazingly fun to write.

Also, also? This is was totally meant to be crack. Totally. There are no dead people here. Not so's you'd notice, anyhow. You may, in fact, remember ( Read more... )

SQUEE!!! When will there be more!?!

I have burning questions. What kind of team does Jonh run these days? what's the significance of the empty chair? what's the history between John & Elizabeth?

I have full faith that all questions will be answered - I'm just an impatient sort! ^_~

I'm having fun (insane amounts) wrting this because it's so unbelievably cheesy. I mean...I grew up loving all sorts of action movies (which has so clearly colored my view of the world when it comes to spies and such ), so I hope to have more soon. This is so totally my self-indulgence fic of crack. Totally.

What kind of team does John run these days?

IT'S A SEKRIT! (No, really. He's honestly baffled as to how he even has a team - he just didn't see it coming. ;D)

what's the significance of the empty chair?

I'd like to say it was intentional and I was being all symbolic, but not so much.

I wrote this in one sitting when I was really tired, so I was like 'wait! where's Sam going to sit when she comes in?' and 'wait, where did that chair come from?' and may have overcompensated a bit. ^^

what's the history between John and Elizabeth?Elizabeth runs a big company that...does stuff (I'm leaning towards some sort of technology/aircraft design thing), but she's had...problems with competitors that play dirty and has hired John to ( ... )

Yay!!!

this sounds like a really fun bit to do. there's something about embracing your inner cheese that is very freeing. ^_~ Once you know you're going there & accept it, so many doors are opened for campiness & cliches & all sorts of other milk-byproduct-goodness!
