I have a subscription at CDJapan (ttp://www.cdjapan.co.jp/magazine/index.html)
They deliver them right to my mail in less than 3 days. There are various mags you can order, but since it's a bit expensive I only subscribed to my favs and once in a while order others when I know there is sth inside I must have.
