Chocolate Chip Cookies

Homemade by me. Yep, I woke up this morning with that mad urge to make cookies. They are just ok, I don't really know how to make them perfectly. I used a recipe from the Net. I wanted them to taste like the ones you get at Subway, but they don't. I only made half of the original ingredients.

Haha, thank you. actually they taste quite good after a while, I should have made some more. My Dad kidnapped a Cookie when they were still HOT out of the oven....you're not alone.

What kind of cake? Post a picture before it's too late. (i.e. eaten)

Dads are like that ;) But in this case I'd have probably done the same...

Something special - something with Amarant because my mother bought some when she went shopping in the new organic food store in the next village. However, she has no idea what to do with it and now left it to me. The obvious choice for me were cookies but then I considered making a cake and found some interesting recipes. Let's see if I can pull it off :D

(sorry, no Ayu-icon just now because it seems like Mexico has a winning streak tonight!)

Wow, a "pseudo-getreide"! Do I look uneducated if I admit that I never heard of Amarant? You have to tell all about the cake and like I said a photo would be nice.

Haha, don't worry about the Ayu-Icon. I also have other interests, you know. :) And good for Mexico, they won! Time to party and annoy your nice neighbours with the Vuvuzela!
