I agree. But corporate would want it to be all shiny and nice. I really wish I could have gotten a copy of the customer service DVD I had to watch yesterday. It was obviously made by someone who had never interacted with real customers and had sucky acting.

Corporate can go suck it! THE TRUTH WANTS TO BE FREE. Why are training DVDs always so terribad? The one I saw at FYE tried to tell me that if you confront a thief, they will not 1) yell at you and deny it, or 2) run. ;

Seriously?! The one I saw told us to upsell a customer's order so that they spend $6. What world do these people live in??
