The reason for the sudden announcement is 1) we can't possibly afford to stay here, 2) it's obvious that things aren't working out, and haven't been for quite a while, and 3) this was the best timing I could manage, after your mom finished comps.

And you've had nearly 10 years in one house, and 12 in Cherry Hill. I won't apologize for working my a** off to make that possible. If you expected more, oh well. Show me how it's done.

The house I grew up in is still there. Sometimes my mother rearranges things a bit in my bedroom so that it feels slightly off kilter (her idea of what's important and mine differ) but otherwise my room is frozen in time - except for what I took with me. The house still smells the same. And whenever I smell it I feel thrown back to being 12.
I don't know - maybe 12 was more fun for you than for me - but I don't get a lot of benefit from my childhood home still being around.
You may find your next place suits you better as you are now.

As you told me babe - You're gonna make it & you're gonna be okay, as long as you 3 stick together.
I'm so glad I was able to come out last night to be there for you! *hugs* and send more hugs to Mae and Mum for me.
Also, there is a house up for sale 2 streets away from mine (about the size of your place in Cherry Hill) so if you guys are totally scrapped and can't find anything, I can get you the number and everything (could even take a picture off my phone for you). Williamstown isn't so bad. :o And it's still a 30-45 minute drive from Philly, which isn't so bad either.
Love & hugs!
your neighborhood emo kid :)
