Oh man, after Mike He's Sunny Happiness, the only other drama that is making me trawl around for trailers and bts is Hu Ge's upcoming Modern People!

I'M REALLY EXCITED ABOUT THAT TOO!

I can't wait to see him in something NOT historical, plus he's paired with Ivy Chen, and I really liked her in B&W (hated how she and Vic never got a resolution). It sounds like your typical Taiwanese idol series, but with stars that can act! Imagine that. :P

I started watching b&w but never managed to finish it. lol, i might have to though!

as for modern people, i am absolutely rabid for it, rewatching the trailer for it on repeat! although, i must admit, Bolin Chen vs Hu Ge...LOL, NO contest there!

How far did you get? I liked it, but not quite as over the moon as most people.

LOL so true. I kind of wish they'd cast a stronger second male lead because I quite like triangles that work (like Four/QC/Eight in Gong) but there's probably no point since they can sell it on Ivy/Hu Ge alone. I'm SO looking forward to seeing Hu Ge out of period clothing.

lol i hang my head in shame and reckon that i got to ep6 properly. i have a really bad habit of bouncing round episodes if i can and i watched bits here and there all over the length of the drama, but only went up to ep6 'officially'.

yep, and to think Hu Ge was 'blacklisted' as having an unsuitably long face for period dramas when he first started out!
