Sad Day

Sad day today. My cat Bear has been quite ill, & today lost his battle. Had to take him to vet this morning, as he cried all night, & has been so weak over past 2 days that he could no longer lift himself up. He would have been 17 on 27 July! (oh my, I was so much younger then! 1994) His mama, Nala is at least doing quite well. She's 20! But,

Thanks. It was weird the first night without him. He always made such a racket when he'd get on the bed at night, & he was up & down all the time. He couldn't jump that high anymore, so he'd climb up all the clothes & bags sitting on my unused treadmill, (even though I had bought him a kitty stair to use!) & then climb on the bedside table (often times knocking the phone down!) to get onto the bed, making all sorts of noise. I'll actually miss that. He was a sweetheart. Jen
