Good to see that things are finally done and you can move back into your place. I agree, that bill should not be your responsibility and hopefully you won't be stuck with it.

Otherwise, happy fall cleaning and hopefully the stuff in storage proves to still be in good condition with few things needing to be junked or replaced.
